Fabreasy Drag & Drop for Mac
Put your letterhead and your signature on every PDF, automatically. Drag a document to Save, Email or Print and it comes back on your own letterhead, signed. Works with PDF, Word, Excel, Pages and Numbers files, and from any app through Print › PDF › Fabreasy Drag & Drop.
Version 1.0.4 — released 24 September 2026. Requires macOS 13 Ventura or later, on Apple Silicon (M1 and newer) and on Intel Macs.
Two ways to get it
Mac App Store. The same app, bought and updated through your Apple ID. Pro is a subscription in the app, and a Fabreasy license key works there too.
Direct download. Includes 14 days of Pro to try, and works with a Fabreasy license key. Updates: the app tells you when there is a new version and brings you back to this page.
1. Download the installer
Download Fabreasy Drag & Drop 1.0.4 for Mac
2. Install
Open the downloaded file Fabreasy-Drag-and-Drop-mac.pkg (in your Downloads folder) and follow the steps. macOS asks for your Mac password: the installer puts the app in Applications and adds Fabreasy to the print menu and to Quick Actions in Finder, for everyone on this Mac.
The package is signed by Fabreasy and checked by Apple (notarized), so macOS should open it without any warning. If macOS says it cannot be opened, do not work around it: contact us.
When it is done, the app starts by itself. After that, start it from Applications.
3. Your first start
A short tour of three steps: dragging, your letterhead (with a sample set to start from, if you like) and your signature. You can take it again any time from Manage › Tour….
Already installed?
Install the new package over the old one. Your settings, letterhead, signatures and license stay as they are.
Free and Pro
Free, for as long as you like: one letterhead set with one sheet on all pages, one signature, and Save.
Pro: Email and Print, continuation sheets and cover pages, more letterhead and signature sets, auto-sign above your name, initials placed by a code in your document, password protection, and watched folders that process themselves.
The first 14 days you can use everything. After that the app keeps working as the free version; Pro options are shown in gray with the label Pro. To keep Pro: get a license and enter the key under Manage › License….
Your documents stay on your Mac
Fabreasy processes everything on your Mac. Only the license and version check go to our server, and, if you allow it during the tour, anonymous usage figures: counts, the app version and the kind of Mac — never names, file names or content. See our privacy statement.
Something not working?
In the app, choose Manage › Report a Problem…. It puts together a support package with your settings and the log, and opens an email to info@fabreasy.com with the package attached. Your license key, passwords and signatures never go along; your letterhead and the document only if you tick them. You see what is included and send it yourself.
Removing Fabreasy
Drag Fabreasy Drag & Drop from Applications to the Trash. To also remove it from the print menu and Quick Actions, delete Fabreasy Drag & Drop from /Library/PDF Services and Letterhead with Fabreasy.workflow from /Library/Services (in Finder: Go › Go to Folder…).
