Please add local PDF file to be used as a letterhead PDF.
Please check:
Single page PDF files are allowed.
All PDF security options should be disabled.
The PDF file should be transparant (No white background), when placed on the foreground of the PDF the text behind is still visable
Please check this with your designer. Ask for a transparent PDF file vector based as small as possible.
